1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a one-time session, or starting a subscription with PreInterview.ai (“Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept every provision, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PreInterview.ai delivers AI-driven mock interviews, performance analytics, and related content through a web interface. Current plans include:

• Single-Shot 1-on-1 Mock Interview (one-time purchase)
• Single-Shot 3-Panel Mock Interview (one-time purchase)
• Unlimited 1-on-1 Monthly Plan (subscription)
• Pro Panel Monthly Plan (subscription)
• Recruiter Suite / White-Label Plan (custom)

All features, pricing, and plan limits are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

2.1 Interview Length

A “30-minute interview” refers to the maximum possible duration. Actual length may be shorter and is influenced by:

• Job description and résumé content you upload
• The completeness and clarity of your answers
• AI assessment that all relevant topics have been sufficiently covered
• Early termination by you (e.g. clicking “End Interview”)

A hard timer prevents any session from exceeding 30 minutes of real time.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form contracts. You are responsible for securing your login credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Payment & Renewal

• One-time sessions are billed immediately and are non-refundable once started.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hrs before the next cycle.
• Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of résumés, job descriptions, and other materials you upload (“User Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process User Content solely to provide the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

1. Upload infringing or unlawful content
2. Create harassing, discriminatory, or abusive material
3. Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service
4. Bypass usage limits or technical safeguards

7. Intellectual-Property Rights

All site code, graphics, and AI logic are property of PreInterview.ai or its licensors. No rights are transferred except as stated in Section 5.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee employment outcomes, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may cancel anytime; no prorated refunds are provided.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting an amended version and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in Hinds County, Mississippi.
